Introduction to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

FREE - Virtual/Online - This 1.5-hour introductory session offers a welcoming overview of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Participants will learn what MBSR is, how mindfulness can support stress awareness and resilience, and will be guided through a short mindfulness practice. No previous meditation experience is required.
